Changing Quarters in IGPro

WHAT TO DO AT THE BEGINNING OF THE NEW QUARTER:

A- First, if you have been posting your assignments on Edline, you must take them all down.

To do this:

1- click “Tasks” and then “Edit Tasks”

2- In the window, there is a little box- next to it, it says “Allow export to InteGrade Pro link.” Uncheck that box.

3- Then you must do the same for every assignment you have posted (all the assignments from that class are to the left)

When Edline updates, the assignments from 1^st quarter will be gone and only the assignments from the new quarter will be visible on Edline.

B- Next you have to change the quarter spreadsheet which you are using.

To change the quarter in IGPro, open up a class:

1- On the pull-down bar labeled “Spreadsheet” change the quarter to “Quarter 2” (NB*- not to Q2 EndTerm)

2- Do this for all your classes

C- If you are posting the overall grades to Edline, you must also make another change:

1- Click on Setup

2- Click on Classes

3- On the pull-down bar labeled “Current Grade Spreadsheet” make sure to change it to ‘Quarter 2’

4- You can select the rest of your classes on the left of the window and make the same change.

Now Edline will calculate the overall grade using the Quarter 2 assignments.

If you have done it correctly, the name of the spreadsheet in the “Spreadsheet” pull down bar should be italicized.
