Membership Renewal Form (Please click to download)
At our 2020 Annual Meeting the members adopted the update to the IAMC Inc Bylaws. As part of that update, it was agreed that all members with concessionally registered cars need to use these vehicles to attend at least three club events in order to maintain their IAMC Inc membership.
The procedures for implementing this bylaw have been discussed by the committee and also have been discussed by the members at our General Meeting. It has been decided that we should trial a membership renewal from. This type of form is a standard procedure for many of the car clubs to which we belong.
Rather than the committee checking whether individual members have complied with the three event concessionally registered vehicle bylaw, the form gives the opportunity for individual members / families to document that they have satisfied the bylaw.
Please complete the form and return it with your membership payment. Remember all fees are due on or soon after the November Annual General Meeting. If you are paying via direct debit please scan or photograph the form and email it to the club email address or post it to PO Box 96, Inverell, NSW 2360.
If you don’t have a concessionally registered vehicle and are a member of our club then the bylaw doesn’t apply to you.

IAMC has a full program of events throughout the year, ranging from short "shakedown runs" of a few hours duration to attending rallies and visiting other clubs involving days away.
Shakedown runs - On the Sunday following the monthly meeting, we hold a short shakedown run to somewhere local. This gives members the opportunity to socialize and to give their vehicles an outing. These runs generally leave the clubrooms at 1pm, (except during Daylight Saving, when departure time is generally 2pm)
Other Events - Recently we introduced a monthly mid-week run. Destinations are set by members on a rotation basis, usually decided at the previous midweek run, and are usually to a place where lunch can be purchased.
In addition, many club members attend rallies throughout Eastern Australia These are a great way to get to know people.
Please see our Crankcase Magazine, or Events Page for our list of runs.
IAMC holds its meetings on the second Tuesday of the each month Meetings start at 7.30 p.m.. (Committee Meetings 7.00 pm)
Meetings are held at the Clubrooms, (the Gaukrogers Community Hall, Macintyre Street, Inverell).
The Annual General Meeting is held in November each year, following the November monthly meeting
