Remote Desktop
In the event you encounter a black screen
Option 1
Select the Remote Desktop and press Ctrl-Alt-End and select Task Manager
Select Processes and click Run new task
Type explorer.exe and click Ok
Option 2
Select the Remote Desktop and press Ctrl-Alt-End and select Task Manager
Select Processes and scroll to the bottom
Right-click Windows Explorer and click Restart
End an Unresponsive Program
Right-click the Taskrar and select Task Manager
Under Processes right-click the program and select End Task
