John Hattie's book Visible Learning was a monumental contribution to the body of research in education. He conducted over 800 meta-analysis relating to achievement. He uses an effect size speedometer 'like' gauge to visually display the effectiveness of the teaching strategies, programs, and other factors that were researched. This document called The Top 22 is a summary of the strategies with the highest effect size at the time this book was published.
