Mother Nature

Greater than any one person or place, the Earth gave birth to us, nurtures us, and is the home that we all share. It is a part of us as we are a part of it. This series was part of the VSA’s “Sustaining/Creating” exhibition in the Smithsonian in 2012 and the follow-up exhibition in St. Petersburg State Russian Museum in 2013.
