Metaverse- 3D colouring book app (free at the time I got it)
I have been playing with this rather fun, free on line AR tool for creating interactive content on a laptop that can be played on a mobile device via the app. I can see this being a starter with anyone interested in computational thinking and designing content for their iPad, iPhone or Android device. Here is the link to my example to get the ball rolling. I would love to see your results.

HP Reveal (free) used to be called Aurasma
Make your own image prompts for videos. Here is Michael Fawcett's video showing it in action. Here is a video of how to make the prompts. Here is my example. Download Aurasma, open this link and fire it the globe in this blog post. Here is how we used Aurasma using QR codes to get the auras so you can see them on the class blog.

Quiver Mix- 3D colouring book app (free at the time I got it)
A cool Kiwi company makes this colouring in app. You print off the prompts and colour them in the old fashioned way. AR brings your colouring to life. Try the pukeko.
