Welcome
I have graduated from School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University, with a Ph.D. degree, in 2016.
I was a research assistant in Prof. Peide Ye's group, working mainly on novel CMOS devices based on Ge and III-V compounds for post-Si technology.
I have published 61 journal papers and conference proceedings (including 12 IEDM, 8 Symposium on VLSI Tech., 8 first author) and won IEEE Paul Rappaport Award and another 4 best paper awards (VLSI tech, DRC, SRC Techon and SISC).
If you are interested in my background, please Email me.
