Policies may be reviewed and updated by the Illawarra Quilters Inc. Committee. Once approved updated policy documents are made available to the Members on this page.

Although this is not officially a Policy, these guidelines are currently (updated 27th June 2020) in place for all Illawarra Quilters Inc. gatherings:
• Venue furniture, door handles and switches/remote must be cleaned/disinfected between and after sessions
• Communal equipment: irons, rulers, cutting boards to be cleaned after each use
• IQ will provide cleaning supplies
• Members MUST NOT attend if they are feeling at all unwell
• Only ONE person in the Hallway, Toilet or Kitchen at one time
• Members MUST use hand sanitiser on entering the building
• Members MUST sign in and include their phone number
• Members MUST maintain 1.5m physical distance from each other and furniture will be set up
accordingly.
• Please DO NOT rearrange tables or chairs
• Members MUST bring their own Mug/Spoon/Plate etc.
• NO sharing of foodstuff or utensils
• IQ will provide tea, coffee, sugar and milk
• Members MUST bring their own sewing equipment where possible
• Members are encouraged to download the CovidSafe app
