Ilcert.com is a growing company in southern Illinois. We provide food sanitation courses and products throughout southern Illinois, southeast Missouri, southwest Indiana, and northwest Kentucky.
Our Mission:
Is to provide high quality, cost effective Food Safety and Management Training to our clients. Our commitment is to provide superior training to small, medium and large organizations alike.
We currently offer in class and online food sanitation courses and refresher courses in Southern Illinois. We are licensed IDPH, Servsafe, National Registry and Prometric instructors. We offer classes in Belleville, O'Fallon, Nashville, Okawville, Mount Vernon, Centralia, Salem, Carlyle, Breese, Trenton, Columbia, Waterloo, Sparta, Chester, Du Quoin, Pinckneyville, Carbondale, Herrin, Marion, Benton, West Frankfort, Harrisburg, Fairfield, Carmi, Mt. Carmel, Anna, Jonesboro, and Paducah, Kentucky, Sikeston, and Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Online and in class certification is also offered though the Chicago Department of Public Health
Classes are also available in southwest Indiana, southeast Missouri, and northwest Kentucky.
Instructor
Tim Hostert earned his Master’s degree from McKendree University in Educational Administration with additional coursework in reading. He holds a bachelors degree in Special Education with additional certification in Biology, Business, and Family and Consumer Sciences. For the past ten years Tim has been high school and college instructor or working in the food service industry. Tim has served as a manager for a major restaurant chain and is currently teaching vocational food courses at the high school and collegiate level. He is a certified Servsafe, Prometric, National Registry, and Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Instructor.
