If you are interested in obtaining or renewing your Food Protection Manager’s Course (formerly called Food Sanitation Manager’s Course or IDPH FSSMC) certificate we can help. We provide sanitation courses and products. By earning your food service certification you can help prevent foodborne illness in your establishment. Online Illinois Allergen Awareness Training $19.95 per person
This course will teach you about the most common food allergies and how to recognize symptoms of allergens. The course and examination take approximately 1 hour to complete and on successful completion of the course, provides the trainee with a printable certificate. The certificate is valid for 3 years.

Online Food Handler Certification Course – $8.95
The new Food Handler Certificate is required of all food handlers who are not already a Food Sanitation Manager. Under the new Illinois Food Handling Enforcement Act all food handlers working in fast food restaurants, full-service restaurants, bars with food, concession stands, etc must receive or obtain American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited training and basic safe food handling principles within 30 days after employment and every 3 years thereafter starting July 1, 2014.
