• March 1: contact the subsequent year's ICSE SEIP Track Co-Chairs in terms of the IEEE Software Best Paper Award (if the track co-chairs haven't contacted the IEEE Advisory Board Award Chair yet).
• December 1: contact the subsequent year's SER&IP Workshop Chairs in terms of the IEEE Software Best Paper Award (if the track co-chairs haven't contacted the IEEE Advisory Board Award Chair yet).
