For the past thirty years, I have done Restoration work at Churches throughout the world, and the U.S. I also have been a freelance Byzantine Psalti (chanter) for various Greek Orthodox churches in Greece and the U.S. ( Mid-west).
In the early 1990's I continued my studies in Ecclesiastical music and harmony under the strict supervision of Mr. Spyridon Peristeris, and Mr. Stilianos Bonanos.
In the past I have acquired my degrees from Greece, and the U.S., in the field of Theology, Byzantine Ecclesiastical music, and Byzantine Art. At present I am a member of the St. Ioannis Koukouzelis League of Chanters Thessaloniki Greece, and The association of Constantinopolitan friends of music in Athens, Greece.
Member of The National Conservatory of Athens Greece. I participate in numerous conferences every year on Byzantine history, Byzantine art, and musicology. I am a prolific composer of hymns using the Byzantine notations.
Currently I am invited throughout the year to speak at different universities, Churches and museums on Byzantine art and Byzantine music. At the moment I am getting ready to publish my book on the Orthros and Liturgy for the Christmas service.
