Parish Registration & Updates
Parish Registration and Membership for Immaculate Conception & St. John the Apostle Churches:
New families are welcome to the parish and are asked to register at the earliest opportunity. "Parish Census" cards are available on the parish bulletin board, in the Rectory Office or you may print and complete the card available below. Cards may be used to register or to update information at any time. Please complete all information on the card and submit to the Rectory Office (you may do this by dropping the card into the collection basket). Each family or wage earner is asked to use the weekly envelope system, as it provides a stable income for the parishes.
