Submission

We solicit submissions of unpublished papers presenting research results, industrial experiences, and applications, as well as detailed specifications of open problems. Full papers with up to 20 pages in one-column Springer LNCS/CCIS format and written in English should be submitted as PDF files using the EasyChair conference management system. All submitted papers will be subject to a single blind reviewing process by the program committee.

Initial Submission

Papers should contain up to 20 pages in the one-column Springer LNCS/CCIS format including tables, figures, and references. The related LNCS/CCIS Word and Latex Templates are available here. Please use the link below to upload and manage your paper submission to the EasyChair conference system!

You will need to create an EasyChair account if you have not already done so. Your existing account can be reused.

For the submission in EasyChair, you need to provide several information about your contribution (address for correspondence, authors, title, abstract, and keywords). This information can be provided in advance without submitting the full paper itself. We recommend to do so. You can update all your information and, of course, your paper submission at any time as long as the submission is not closed.

Evaluation Criteria

Papers will be reviewed regarding the following criteria:

    • Accordance to the state of the art

    • Degree of novelty and innovation

    • In the focus of the conference

    • Fitting the style instructions

    • Level of language and presentation

The predicates per criterion cover the following values:

    • strong accept (+3)

    • accept (+2)

    • week accept (+1)

    • borderline (0)

    • week reject (-1)

    • reject (-2)

    • strong reject (-3)

The overall rating is weighted by the confidence of the reviewers.

Camera-ready Copy Submission

After the review phase a final version of an accepted paper has to be uploaded to EasyChair based on the obtained review comments. Papers will only be published if at least one author has registered for the conference to present the paper.
