HYPeR was overseen by a Trustee group, chaired by David Henthorne. See also the Council of Reference and Exec team pages; an archive page on how to volunteer remains available.

The day to day management of the centre was led by Colleen Scruton.

HYPeR welcomed Harrogate Youth for Christ as close associates from late 2004 until the summer of 2009; Colleen Scruton supported HYPeR since 2005 until its closure in 2012.
