Eight years of research experience, including corporate and academic research in United States, France, Singapore and Pakistan. Ph.D in Computer Science from one of the reputed French university in Europe. My work is well recognized and I have been invited to present my work in several conferences and well-known institutes in USA, Europe, Singapore and Pakistan. Published 10 research articles in well-recognized international journals, nine research articles in peer-reviewed international conferences, six abstracts and presentations at reputed international conferences and meetings, one approved patent in CNRS France and one submitted patent in USA. My research cited and recognized by several organizations and honored by awards.
One of the few computer scientists in the world with expertise in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Cancer Research, Oncology and Advanced Microscopy. The current focus of my research is accurate and early detection of cancer using computational methods. I am developing novel and efficient algorithms, techniques and tools for next generation computer vision and machine learning platform for biomedical images from any modality, in any dimension, from basic research to clinical diagnostics. My deep understanding of machine learning and image analysis techniques resulted in computational platform that performed macro- and micro-analysis for fully automated analysis. These platforms enable to explore the complexities of the tumors environment and to diagnose and grade cancer, to predict how they might respond to a treatment, and to explore the consequences of how different regions and populations of cells within the tumor interact. Overall, my work not only helps in accurate and early detection of cancer, most importantly it helps to improve the ability of experts for studying carcinogenesis and treating patients.
