Dear Ben,

Here we are in the first hot, humid stretch of summer, and I do not need to worry about George and our cat, thanks to you. George and I are truly grateful to you for putting the outlet in the living room: the air conditioning is up and running! Thank you so much! Also, the way you installed an outlet in the cabinet above the range was ingenious. The hood is up, plugged in, and works nicely (good to have a light over the stove so he can see what he's doing). Having an outlet in the hall is a bonus, too!
