ATTENTION PARENTS: As you may have heard, there has been a new law passed, Lindsay’s Law, that requires all youth athletes, parents/guardians, and coaches to complete a set of requirements prior to participating in any sports activity annually.

Effective immediately, in accordance with Senate Bill 252, all members must follow and adhere to the Lindsay’s Law: Sudden Cardiac Arrest in Youth Athletes and its requirements

Lindsay’s Law, Ohio Revised Code 3313.5310, 3707.58 and 3707.59 went into effect on August 1, 2017.

STEPS:

1. Please watch the video below.

2. Print out the Parent / Players Info sheet for your records. INFO SHEET

3. Print and sign (Parent & Player) the signature form and return to your coach ASAP. SIGNATURE FORM
