The host appears to be a z < 1 early type, perhaps a cluster member, based on Epoch 1 (pre-SN) photometry, missing F606W which would improve the photo-z. The epoch 2 photometry may be a bit contaminated by the SN, but we’ll have a look…
The host galaxy is circled in cyan. It looks to me like a background galaxy close to a cluster member.
