All general meetings are held in the Harrison Street School Library and are open to all Harrison parents, teachers, and administrators. The Executive Board meetings will be held from 6-7 PM on the above listed dates. 


Harrison PTO Executive Board 2023-2024

Presidents: Winnie Frankel and Lisa Harkins

The PTO Presidents have an overall responsibility of the budget, communications, and PTO committees. Duties include leading both the Executive Board and general PTO meetings throughout the year, attending Joint PTO meetings, participating in budget planning and implementation, overseeing and supporting all committees, acting as liaison between staff and PTO, and planning teacher and staff appreciation events. 

Vice-Presidents: Kimberly Luthin and Jessica Warda

The PTO Vice Presidents' duties include assisting the PTO Presidents, attending Executive Board and general PTO meetings throughout the year, attending Joint PTO meetings, participating in budget planning and implementation, directory, and managing year-end tasks to prepare for next year (PTO registration forms and filling committee chair positions for example). This is also a position of learning as the Vice President(s) could become PTO President(s) for the following school year. 

Treasurer: Gabby Maulding

The PTO Treasurer has overall responsibility of the organizations' funds and accounts. Duties include monthly record keeping, processing check requests, monthly account reconcilation, participating in budget planning and attending Executive Board and general PTO meetings throughout the year. 

Assistant Treasurer: Natalie Healy

The PTO Assistant Treasurer assists the PTO Treasurer with monthly record keeping tasks, participates in budget planning, and attends Executive Board and general PTO meetings throughout the year. This is a position of learning as the Assistant Treasurer will become the Treasurer the following school year. 

Secretary: Jen Naylor

The PTO Secretary attends all Executive Board and general PTO Meetings throughout the year. Duties include taking meeting minutes and posting said minutes to the PTO shared drive. 

Assistant Secretary: Christine Harris-Imielski

The Assistant Secretary fills in for the PTO Secretary if he/she is unable to attend meeting(s) by taking and posting minutes as needed. This is a learning position as the Assistant Secretary will become the Secretary the following school year. 

Past Presidents: Robyn Blake and Kimberly Luthin     

For the year immediately following their term as president(s), the past PTO Presidents will act as consultants for the current PTO Presidents and provide advice and guidance as needed.
