I want to find out the impact of Newton 3rd law on how we have developed safer laws on cars in case of collision in a moving vehicle. Look at the history of the laws and how it has affected the citizens.
New driving laws
Slow Down/ Move over (When approaching and passing these vehicles stop alongside the road with overhead lights flashing)
License Plates (every car is required to have a licence plate)
Cell Phones( No cell phones while driving)
How cars are made
Many cars are made through assembly lines. First, the car is placed in the assembly line then moves slowly throughout the factory in different stations. The first step is that the car is placed on a floor pan which is then pressed from steel sheets. Then the car is moved to where the body is
welded and then check alignment. Next, they apply undercoat and paint and wait for it to dry. The final touches are applied such as the electrical system and then the cooling system. The doors and wheels are fitted then the car is tested and FINISHED.
Car safety
Cars have evolved throughout history during the late 19th century and early 20th century cars where very dangerous. One of the first every made cars was the Ford T created by Henry Ford. The Ford T wasn't the best automobile to be riding around in. The Ford T didn't have car doors to protect the passenger as they where riding around. They also didn't have seat belts which is a really big thing to protect you while you are driving. The tire weren't very sturdy and there much protection. Cars have evolved in modern day cars are very safe. Most cars now have a seat belt and a airbag. There is a new feature in many cars called "Forward Collision Warning" detects and warns the driver of incoming collisions.
Impact on society
Safer driving laws have had a positive affected on today's society. There are fewer car accidents due to these safer laws.
