Saifur Rahman Sabuj was born in Bangladesh. He is currently working as a Research Fellow in the Department of Automotive Engineering, Hanyang University. He has been with Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Brac University, Bangladesh, since September 2017. From 2008 to 2013, he was a faculty member of Green University of Bangladesh, Metropolitan University, Sylhet and Bangladesh University. He received a B. Sc in Electrical, Electronic and Communication Engineering from Dhaka University, Bangladesh in 2007, an M. Sc Engineering in the Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh in 2011, and a Ph.D. degree in the Graduate School of Engineering, Kochi University of Technology, Japan in 2017. His research interests include MIMO-OFDM/NOMA, Cooperative Communication, Cognitive Radio, Internet of things, and Device-to-Device for wireless communications.

Mahmoud Elsharief is currently a Research Fellow with the Department of Automotive Engineering, Hanyang University, South Korea. He has been an Assistance Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Al-Azhar University, Egypt. In 2020, he joined the School of Electrical Engineering, Korea University, South Korea, as a Postdoctoral Fellow.  He received the Ph.D. degree in Electronics Engineering from Chungbuk National University, South Korea, in 2020, the M.S. degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, in 2014, and the B.S. degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering from Al-Azhar University, Egypt, in 2010. From 2012 to 2016 he was a researcher and teaching assistant, Communications and Electronics Engineering Dept, Al-Azhar University, Egypt. His research interests include wireless sensor networks, wireless vehicular communications, intelligent transportation systems, and machine learning.
