Hello, My name is Farah.
I am a student at Harmony School of Discovery. It is a charter school, founded by the Cosmos Foundation. It is a STEM based school. STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. We have a Science Olympiad team and Math Counts team, that everyone is very involved in. Most students participate in Science Fair, where they work very hard on a Science project and display it for the whole school to see it. Some even go on to the city wide Science Fair at George R. Brown. We are also required to create a PBL (Project Based Learning), and work on it through out the year. You can't be a student at Harmony without some how involving yourself in something STEM related.
