Virus Attack - About

Introduction

Our game is called "Virus Attack". In Virus Attack you must defend the cells in your body while fending waves of enemy viruses. In each round, the viruses get harder and harder to kill, but along the way you will be able to purchase new weapons, and upgrade old ones. The game ends when the player's cells have all been contaminated, or the body has rid of all the viruses within the cell. Below is a rough plan of what we should have in our game.

The first step in making Virus Attack was to learn as to how the game mechanics would actually work. Would it be an RPG? Or some sort of puzzle game?

We finally decided on doing a type of tower-defense game, which is a type of real time strategy game. Then, we started working on the first level, which includes viruses, cells, and defend commands.

Now, however, it is completely NOT tower defense, in my opinion.

We can't upload the code, but we can upload the installer file. Hey, just remember it's a prototype, and there are bugs that we haven't fixed yet.
