We use two main installers/executable files to install both Microsoft Visual Studio C# Express and Microsoft XNA. The link to download is just under here:

**NOTE** As we do program for Windows hardware, we mainly use Windows 7. I believe that if you're running on Mac or Linux, there are open-source alternatives such as MonoXNA, although I haven't tried it myself. If you really want to program XNA on Linux or Mac, go for it! I suppose it's better than nothing.
