Welcome to Hopkins Improv: the grad student improvisational theater group!

Improv is a type of comedy theater ... where the actors make up the scene on the spot! It is a lot of fun, and a great way to step out of your comfort zone in an environment that is free of judgement. Whether you are born to be an actor or you are scared of setting foot on a stage, Hopkins Improv is for you. You will enjoy playing improv games and learn how to think on your feet and create fun stories, all while forming strong supportive bonds with your teammates and developing stronger communications skills.

Wanna come try it out? Check out our calendar or Facebook page, or email us. We meet up weekly on the Med Campus to practice improv, perform at the BIG theater in Mt Vernon during open jam nights and organize outings to go watch shows from expert improvisers. Fan and students of any level are welcome!
