Welcome!

As part of our effort to advance the cross-national homicide literature, we created this website to share syntax and log files from our published articles, links of interest for researchers, and even homicide data.

We are one of the first researchers in the cross-national homicide literature to make available all of the syntax from our published manuscripts. We do this to allow scholars and others to see exactly what we did to reach the conclusions we did within our published work.

Moreover, we include additional websites of interest to that we believe offer interesting data for future cross-national research.

Below are figures that are examples of what can be done with the data we include on this web page. In addition, we will update with relevant figures we find interesting as we continue our research.

Example 1: Average Female Homicide Victimization Rates by Region from our data published here!

Example 2: Average Male Homicide Victimization Rates by Region from our data published here!

Example 3: Percieved versus Actual Income Inequality bivariate relationship with Homicide Victimization Rates Across Nations

Note that this is a manuscript in preparation right now, in which we are exploring the more theoretically accurate association between perceived income inequality versus actual income inequality across-nations utlizing data from the International Social Survey Programme and the World Values Survey.
