Technology in a PE class??

Look out because someone let a former Technology teacher into a PE position! :)

I've begun implementing tech using my Asus Transformer Pad Infinity tablet to project and to allow students to touch and highlight specific muscles and bones that we have been studying. I use a free app called "Visual Anatomy free," if anyone is interested in getting it.

I use that tech for all of my music and taking pictures for the website as well as to evaluate student learning.

At Elliott Elementary, I have my own personally purchased DIP (Digital Image Projector) that will allow me to project anything from instructions, pictures, activities for a station, videos for students to watch on learning skills! The sky is the limit! I will be using my own personal tablet and mp3 player to push through the above listed things and more.

This is the first phase in embedding technology into our KINETICS program.
