Fees:
The fee is $40 per session (no insurance is accepted). The initial Intake evaluation is $50.

Services Provided:
We provide treatment (individual psychotherapy) for ADULTS (18 years of age minimum) who live in NY.

Therapists:
The Anxiety and Depression Clinic is able to provide low cost cognitive behavioral therapy because it is staffed by doctoral students in clinical psychology who work under the supervision of the Director. Since the students ultimately graduate from the program, depending upon when a patient may start therapy, the therapist may have to end the therapy in advance of the patient wanting to do so. However, in almost all cases, the therapist will be able to provide at least one year of therapy (if needed) and often considerably longer (if needed). If therapy has to end prior to the patient wanting to do so, we can not guarantee a referral to another "low-cost site" given the lack of availability of these.
