Greetings from Youth Camp!
1. I am sending home important show information and tickets that were ordered online. Please check your camper's lunch box or backpack today.
2. I still need volunteers for the night of the performance to help sell tickets, man the concession stand and usher. Your help is only needed BEFORE the show. You will be able to get into the theatre before the performance begins. If you can help, email me (castsummernews@gmail.com) or Kathy Simon (ksimon@op97.org).
3. There is still time to order Photo Packages and DVD's.

4. It’s Showtime! - Important performance information
Performance is Thursday, July 3 at 7:30 pm
· Campers must arrive at 7:00 pm. Every minute between 7:00 – 7:30 is needed to prepare the campers for the performance. If campers are late it delays the start of the show.
Enter through the same door used every morning. Campers only!
If you are here to watch the performance or volunteer, enter through the main school doors off the parking lot. Performance is in the theatre.
· Girls should wear their hair pulled back away from their face.

Hello!
Parents’ Day was a huge success! The campers enjoyed entertaining family and friends. Thanks to all who came to watch our presentation.

3. If you order tickets for the performance and did not pick them up on Parents' Day, I will send them home with your camper. Please check backpacks and lunch boxes for tickets and any last minute information.

Hi!
I have a few important items for this week.
1. You can add a personalized message to your camper in the performance playbill. Click on the link below, print and complete the form, and return it to the Cast Lab. Forms must be returned by June 23 to be included. We can not add late messages after the playbill is sent to the printer.
2. I need 9 parent volunteers for the night of the performance to help sell tickets, man the concession stand and usher before the show. If you can help email me (castsummernews@gmail.com) or Kathy Simon (ksimon@op97.org)
3. Be sure to join us next Friday, June 27 for Parent's Day. You will see a short presentation by your campers giving you a sneak peak at Hitsville, U.S.A! If you have time, stay after the Youth Camp is dismissed and see what the older campers have been working on - Cats and The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe.
Enter through the main school doors, the presentation will be in the gym. We will have coffee available outside the gym for those that want to stay and visit after dropping off campers. Be in the gym by 9:30 so you don't miss a minute!

Dear Parents and CASTSummer Youth Arts Participants-
The end of the schoolyear is fast approaching which can only mean one thing - it's almost time for CAST! I'm so excited I can hardly wait to introduce you to all the fun counselors, talented musicians and choreographers that are all working hard to get ready for you.
