INVITATION

Children and Youth up to aged 18-year-old are all invited to create a work of art for a peaceful world.

Please register your interest in  participating here. 

It would be really appreciated if you can register your interest (or your classes interest) in participating as soon as possible. This would be a great help to the organisers who want to ensure the best display of all the artworks.

SUBMISSION

Artworks are due by 3 August 2026

Please deliver the artwork to your Art teacher if your school is involved. If you are participating individually, pickups can be arranged.

OPENING CEREMONY

Location: The Art Junction, Katikati                            36 Main Road, Katikati

Date : 10 August 2026

Time : At 5.30pm

Celebrate at the opening event at The Art Junction, Katikati. Contributing children will be awarded certificates of participation. 

HOW TO DISPLAY ARTWORKS

All artworks has a piece of coloured paper behind so it acts like a frame/ boarder.

Please include a name tag on the coloured paper under the artwork with the name of the artist, age, school and short description on the meaning of work or a message on peace. 

DIMENSION SPECIFICATIONS

•  Artwork: Sizes from A4 to A1

• Border (Backing sheet): Large enough for both the artwork and the name-tag without overlapping
