This will be a Celebration of New West Coast Basque Cuisine, paired with hard-to-find Basque wines served at one of Michael Bauer’s Top 100 Restaurants. Chef Gerald Hirigoyen has been widely, and internationally, acclaimed for his culinary accomplishments, including being elected by his peers as Maître Cuisinier de France.
This will be an event limited to twenty-four guests. Because of current COVID restrictions and the restaurant’s policies guests will have to show their Vaccination Confirmations, and bring masks. The Invitation, Menu and RSVP will be sent out later this month. Those who respond with their payment will have priority to attend this unique event.
