Hillsborough is a suburban residential community located in the San Mateo County Peninsula, 3 miles south of SFO International Airport, 21 miles south of San Francisco, and 90 miles south of the Napa and Sonoma Valley wine regions. In 1969 Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs established the Hillsborough Bailliage, and since then its members have enjoyed an endless array of cuisines in establishments in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. The Bailliage is fortunate to have World Class restaurants with highly respected and renowned Chefs to host its gastronomic events.
