No, this is not a sweet shop – what used to be an old Packard car dealership contains automotive candy! Classic/rare automobiles - Few/one of a kind Ferrari’s, Aston’s and so many more – Officier Hal Schuette kindly sponsored us to be a part of a hidden enclave of ‘Car Candy’ - Dinner was ‘at table’ among the cars, catered by Kevin Weir & Associates. With over 25 years of experience, Kevin has the reputation of being the premier caterer of the Peninsula.

Passed Hors d’Oeuvres –

Tuna tart are served on won ton chip with wasabi aioli & chive garni. Miniature filet of beef wellington-puff pastry filled with sliver of filet mignon and mushroom duxelle topped with demi-glace. Traditional Reggiano and chive cheese puffs broiled on mini toast rounds.

First Course –

Seared black cod, light sauté of baby spinach, white wine reduction sauce and basil sprouts.

Second Course –

Pan seared lamb loin in a red wine sauce served over shitake mushrooms risotto with sautéed pearl onions and glazed carrots.

Third Course –

Arugula and fennel salad – lemon vinaigrette, topped with petit goat cheese soufflé.

Dessert –

Caramel bread pudding topped with vanilla bean ice cream drizzled with caramel sauce.

Fresh brewed regular and decaf coffee and condiments.
