Hillsborough Bailliage’s Wine-Maker Dinner was held at the exquisite Le Papillon Restaurant, known to connoisseurs as the best French restaurant in the South Bay of Silicon Valley.
Our team coordinated with the restaurant’s Chef, and his staff, to present a special menu of food for our members and guests.
David Miner, the eponymous founder of Miner Family Wineries, presented his consistently 90+ rated wines paired with Chef Scott Cooper’s globally-inspired contemporary French cuisine.

The Wine-Maker
Miner Family Wines, located in Oakville, CA, was founded almost 30 years ago and produces consistently rated 90+ wines of both Red Wines, such as its flagship “The Oracle”, a Bordeaux styled red wine, and its Pinot Noir from Garys’ Vineyard in the Santa Lucia Highlands, Chardonnays and Viognier.
