Thirty Nine members and guests gathered at the Broma Restaurant in the Shashi Hotel, Mt. View CA to enjoy a fabulous food and wine pairing inspired by Spanish and Portuguese cuisine. Executive Chef Aubree Arndt presented beautiful dishes each paired with appropriate local wines of the Iberian Peninsula.

The Chef
Chef Jarad Gallagher is well known from his most recent role as Executive Chef of Chez TJ restaurant, where he earned and maintained a Michelin star for 8 years and was rewarded as one of the top 50 restaurants in the Bay Area. He is now the VP of Culinary Operations of the Shashi Group, in whose new Shashi Hotel, BROMA RESTAURANT is located, and where the Executive Chef is Aubree Arndt. Both Chefs Jarad and Aubree designed and presented a special dinner expressly for our Bailliage. The cuisine is Spanish and Portuguese – both beautiful to see and delicious to eat.
