MitoGraph
MitoGraph is an open-source image analysis platform for measuring mitochondrial morphology. With the help of the creators of MitoGraph Susanne Rafelski & Matheus Viana we optimized & assessed MitoGraph segmentation on five different mamalian cell types types. All of these cell types were accurately segmented by MitoGraph. MitoGraph successfully differentiated between distinct mitochondrial morphologies that ranged from entirely fragmented to hyper-elongated.
