August 2025
It's a long journey this month with the longer daylight hours and we are heading for Coire Cas so a fine choice of hill on the way there and at the final destination. Plenty of low level options as well.
July 2025
We are heading for Ben Cruachan this month so lots of exciting options for climbing a Munro or Corbett there or enroute. Lots of other hills and low walks to consider on the route there.
June 2025
Glen Turret is the destination of our coach this month allowing access to Ben Chonzie and Auchnafree Hill as well as other hills and lower walks on the way there.
May 2025
The wonderfully remote rough bounds of Knoydart for a long weekend this month. Only accessible by a long walk in or by ferry. Loads of hills and lower level walks to tempt you there.
April 2025
Our bus is heading for Blair Atholl this month where you can access the Beinn a' Ghlo goup of Munros and well as other hills and walks of varying levels.
March 2025
The traditional month for the first of our Away Weekends and this year we are to be based at Drumnadrochit. Lots of glens within reach with a plethora of munros, corbetts and grahams as well as plenty of low level stuff to meet all tastes.
February 2025
We are heading to the heart of the Central Highlands hill walking country to the settlement of Tyndrum. There are numerous Munros, Corbetts and other assorted hills with low level walks both at that location or on the way there.
January 2025
The start of a new year and we're off to the Lomond Hills for a short day of hillwalking (or low level if your prefer) before heading for our annual high tea. A popular outing with socialising at a local hostelry afterwards.
December 2024
We're going south to the village of Coulter for one of our shorterst daylight hours walks of the year. There is a lovely group of hills there with the Graham, Coulter Fell being the highest.
November 2024
The club is headed for a popular autumn / winter destination at Moulin, Pitlochry. The Corbett, Ben Vrackie, is the obvious choice whilst the Graham, Blath Bhalg, is also a possibility. Various attractive low level walks are also on offer.
October 2024
It's another attempt to get to Inverlocharig at Balquhidder as last year this was called off due to flooding on the approach roads. There's a range of hills to tackle at this location and on the way there as well as a number of interesting low level walks.
September 2024
We're headed west for an away weekend based at Corran Bunkhouse aiming for a Corbett compleation on the Ardgour Peninsula and any one or more of the plethora of inviting hills and low level walks at that location or on the way there.
