Wer'e off to Inveruglas this month with a visit to the craggy hills of the Arrochar Alps.  A great selection of hills and lower level walks to tackle.  Plenty of options then.

March 2024

This month it is our Winter Walking Weekend and we are heading for Buttermere in the Lake District.  This gives us access to a myriad of high and low level walks.  Spoilt for choice.

February 2024

It's a trip to the much visited location over the years of the Drumochter Pass.  A selection of Munros and Corbetts around here to whet your appetites and build up fitness for the new season.  Shorter low level walks can be accessed enroute at Pitlochry and Blair Atholl.

January 2024

Our annual starter for the year with a walk from Kidlaw over the Lammermuir Hills to the Carfraemill Hotel where we will have high tea.  Always a good sociable day.

December 2023

At this time of year it's a nearer location of Loch Earn for our December walk.  We're heading for Glen Vorlich from the south side of Loch Earn at Ardvorlich.

November 2023

It's off to the Southern Uplands this month and the Lowther Hills which provide some interesting walks and views.

October 2023

This month we are off to Inverlohlarig via Balquhidder where there is access to a range of hills and low level walks.

September 2023

Heading for the Rough Bounds of Knoydart this month for an extended weekend of walking in this remote peninsula.  The area can only be accessed by boat or a very long walk in as it's a good distance away from any roads. Some cracking adventures to be had here.

August 2023

It's Glenshee this month along with the Braemar Road as far as Auchallater.  There is a veritable feast of hills at and on the way to these locations as well as a choice of lovely low level walks.

July 2023

Further afield this month to Glen Spean on the Laggan Road with lots of choice of walking be it the high hills or a low level walk.

June 2023

We are heading west this month to Glen Fyne and the Munro. Beinn Bhuidhe.  Lots of other hills and low level options on the way there is you want a different destination.

May 2023

A great location this month for our annual May long weekend in the iconic location of Torridon.  More than enough mountains and low level walks to meet the demands of even the most dedicated bagger/walker.

April 2023

We're walking on the third Sunday (to avoid Easter Sunday) this month when we're off to Pubil in lovely Glen Lyon.  A great walking location with a rich choice of hills and low level walks to choose from.
