WELCOME TO OUR LABORATORY

We are very interested in pursuing the application of continuum mechanics-based knowledge into structural/energy/enviromental materials with novel and advanced structures under various thermal/mechanical/chemical conditions. Here are the descriptions of research work we are currently working on.

1. Dissimilar joints for metallic functionally graded materials (MFGM)

2. Mechanical reliability and impedance of lithium-ion batteries (LIBs)

3. Ultra-high-temperature materials with novel and advanced structures

Based on them, we aim to understand more complex issues of novel materials and even serve as design guideline in fabricating novel materials having a series of useful functions for a wide range of applications.
