*Emily Martinez does not receive a stipend, as she is paying the stipends to the other teachers out of her own funds. There are 5 teachers in the summer program.

Helping Hands gratefully acknowledges the contribution of the National Institute of Culture and History to underwrite the cost of buses for our Summer Program field trip to Hopkins. Thank you for helping our children experience and appreciate the diverse cultures of Belize!
Helping Hands gratefully acknowledges the support of the United States Peace Corps, which sent three members to our Summer Program to individually assess the reading and writing skills of our entire Standard 1 class. Thank you for helping us tailor instruction for each student's needs and providing valuable data to send back to their various home schools for next school year.
