I am a researcher at the National Research Centre for the Working Environment, and External Lecturer at the Department of Economics, University of Copenhagen.
I focus my research on the formation of human capital. For children, I investigate resources such as cognitive abilities, preferences, personality, and network of friends. At the workplace I investigate collegial ties, employee concerns and wellbeing.
