Niasziih (pronounced N-eye-a-zee-EYE), translates as "Vessel of Healing."
A central belief is that shifting your perspective and embracing more than one perspective can unlock endless choices for wholeness and healing. This awareness comes from asking questions and listening both to your internal and to the external world - a "many to many" dialogue. What on the external brings you to awareness of what is on your internal? Are you available for the communication?

The Niasziih philosophy of choice is rooted in an ancient wisdom passed down from the lineage of Lipan Apache Elder, Stalking Wolf, to Tom Brown, Jr., and Karl Direske (founder of wildernessFusion in North Carolina).
Some people might call it intuitive or energy healing. Each session is unique.
We might dance, talk, breathe, do some yoga. Whatever is needed to create movement and connect to core and earth.
inner tracking: We use the ancient awareness of tracking and symbols to explore your internal landscape. By holding a space for contradictions and multiple perspectives, we spark the movement and choice needed to move past fixed points in your life. With this spaciousness, clarity unfolds.
earth-based connection: This work is rooted in earth-based traditions and focused on the physical body. The practitioner emphasizes making physical contact with the earth to navigate choices from an internal place, then outward.
healing: How are unhealed wounds of the past creating filters that prevent you from living fully in the "now?" What's holding you back from your desires? Embracing that everything IS change, we offer ways to navigate transitions. Can you find comfort in the discomfort of change?
session: During a session, you might lie face up on a massage table or on the earth. The practitioner may use hands-on work or guide you to use tools like yoga and yoga blocks to experience changes in your shape or feeling differences in the ways your body makes contact with the earth.
transformation: What looks like at first might be simple questions and physical contact, underneath reveals strong connection with Earth, Self, and Others.
A safe space is created for communication and transformation, giving you the choice to move past fixed points in your life.
Simple reflection questions used in the practice include: "What happened here?" "What am I feeling?" and "What does this mean?"
The choice for change is yours. What do you want to create? This journey begins simply by feeling what is present now.

Like the tools gained from Niasziih, Tellington TTouch methods can help humans and dogs feel grounded and “in their body” by bringing an awareness through movement and pressure.
TTouch is a modality that can change mind/body patterns through non-habitual movement. There are elements in this practice similar to Feldenkrais method. Research with Linda Tellington-Jones and by others has shown these touches influence cellular communication in many ways: from activating the hormone, oxytocin, to simulating the vagus nerve.

Tellington Training Method ® (TTOUCH) is a system of gentle circular touches that move the skin to work on cellular function in the body. This is not a massage, but light touches used for companion animals and horses. My Heartfelt Touch Dog Training website is now here.
TTouch-For-You ® is for human beings. These methods bring awareness about body movement and becoming "present" to fully occupy your body.
