My intention is to build a Niasziih clinic in Driftwood, Texas and serve the greater Austin area.

Sessions last about an hour and a half and are designed to help you ask questions and gain awareness and movement. There will be hands on work to guide you into contact with your physical self to create space and flow within. At the center of this work is the philosophy of choice, Nia tú. It is your exploration of your landscape with our practitioners offering guidance.

This is a calling for me. I first sought help from the clinic in North Carolina because of autoimmune disease. I chose to explore what I could do differently to track the source of my discomfort. My journey has brought me back to myself, to live a life of vitality and purpose.
