Privacy Policy

All conversations, sessions, records, and transactions between the client and practitioner are confidential unless the client authorizes the release of information in writing, or otherwise required by law. 

Confidential information arising from this professional relationship may not be legally privileged information, and therefore it is possible that if the practitioner is required by subpoena or court order to provide any such information, the practitioner will comply to the extent required by law. 

The client has the right to review records and written session information upon request. 

The practitioner will use proper password-protected or encrypted software and/or apps to electronically store or transmit client information. 

Any physical paper files are kept under lock and key for security.
