Payment

This is my livelihood and a calling.
When I fill a time slot with your appointment, I am committing my time for you.

Please understand the policies are to protect you as well as to assure that my time and expertise are valued.

You can reschedule an appointment date/time if you reach me 48 hrs in advance. Call, email or text me.
Please make sure I have acknowledged the changes.

Life happens. I understand this, so please, reschedule if necessary.

There will be a 25% additional  to reschedule ~ if not given 48 hrs.

In the event of an emergency please call and talk to me to cancel with fewer than 48 hrs notice.

There are no refunds for "no shows".  

There are no refunds for prepaid discounted sessions and changes only allowed under the above circumstances.

Prepaid packages expire after 2 months from date of purchase; unless another arrangement is made.

Payments may be made with cash or Venmo.
