Coordinate collection internal and external data on potential hospital risk and reports the analysis and investigated findings of the hospital's actual and potential risk to administration and the respective department.

Coordinates activities of the Accreditation teams who are working through the self-assessment process using standards.

Establish the patient safety systems in healthcare institutions starting build the setup of the international patient safety goals.
Develop and monitor the indicators of clinical audit focus on the selection of measures to support the quality improvement efforts.
