Medical Disclaimer by editor : When having any physical and /or mental health complaints, problems, questions or doubts, always visit a Gp, physician, psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist. She or he is the first in line, in the chain of health-care and your confidential counselor. They can, and should, help you with prescriptions medical cannabis, its extracts ( recipe magistral preparation ) or other applications. Unfortunately it is in 2018 still difficult to find a doctor who knows enough about medical use of cannabis and is willing to write recipes

Since 2013, I have been sharing the IACM newsletter on Google+ and Facebook. When I started in 2013, there were 500/600 visitors at the conventions. Sarah Martin from the UK was the only Patient Ambassador. In the past 8 years I have spent at least 1664 hours waiting for the newsletter to be published, re-editing text, sharing on soc.media, checking posts and responding to comments.
Personal motivation: Medically trained, from 1990-1995 I worked in medical army unit and for more than 16 doctors, including . a homeopathic. In 1993 two things happened that later became important. One of my bosses, an army Doctor used a early version of Bayers Sativex. In August 1993 I saw James Burton on TV. He started the government approved program. Contract with him was terminated in 2003 because James talked to the media, which was not allowed. I thought that if my government has been dealing with medicinal cannabis since 1993, it must be something. In 1998 i got vague complaints, in 2003 a lot of pain and in 2004 the The diagnose : wear and tear on all joints including entire spine + damaged inter-vertebral discs. Meanwhile I have poly osteoarthritis. In 2009 I read on the website of the rheumatism patients Bond about medicinal cannabis regulated by Dutch government. In 2011/2012 I used four species on prescription through doctor and pharmacy. After this I use mainly Moroccan hashish.
