Patches for behavioral experiments
Synchronize-Continue Tapping Toolbox patch v 1.0.1. Subject synchronizes taps with a periodic sound, and continues tapping after the sound is removed. Lets experimenter select metronome speed, metronome sound, number of synchronize taps, and continue taps. Input comes from keyboard or mouse click. Saves intervals between taps (in msecs) in two .txt files (one for each synchronize & continue phase). Youtube links to brief video tutorials showing data acquisition and data visualization. Download this wav for a 440 Hz tone used for the metronome (50 msec duration), or use any sound sample you want.
If you don't have MAX, you can install the runtime environment to use the patches. Editing patches require the full MAX program......Or you could try porting them to the open source alternative PureData (Pd)
