Welcome to Harrison Basketball. In our first year as a staff, our goals are quite simple, we want to instill a winning tradition with the leadership and vision of disciplined people, who are united by a common goal, and driven to act in accordance with our values.

Our Cultural Blueprint:

1. CBE-  Career Best Effort ; chase the 1%- we do not settle for the mountain of average, we want to be at the top 1% daily

2. Contagious Energy-  Enthusiasm, joy, love for the game and making hustle plays and winning plays that spread and motivate our team.

We stress the importance of the ABC's.     Academics, Basketball and Character.

Success:

The level of our success will be dictated by the level of leadership we exemplify everyday in the community, in the classroom and on the court. 

We want the right people, which sometimes may not be the most talented. The right players are willing to be honest, confront the brutal facts, work to improve on their game and become "craftsmen."
