Core and Conditioning
This class is split into two segments. The first half is core which consists of mostly ab exercises but will include low back and some leg exercises. The conditioning portion incorporates high intensity interval training into a full body workout. These workouts are designed for all levels of fitness.
Beach Body
Beach body is a 3 month boot camp that will prepare your body for your bikini or swim suit. This camp includes nutritional guidance as well as 3 one hour classes every week. We will combine strength training with fast paced full body exercises to burn a high amount of calories. This camp will shred fat and shape your body to give you the confidence you need to hit the lake this summer.
Spartan Training
This class will be split into two phases. The first will consist of functional strength training, and high intensity interval training. The goal is to prepare your body for trail running by strengthening your stablizer muscles and increasing your balance and flexibility. The second phase will consist of trail running and specific obstacle training.
